This final Journal under the editorial direction of Maria Kay Simms, eulogized
Charles Emerson who had been considered a Father of NCGR, and also A. H.
Blackwell. It included a comprehensive "Index to NCGR Publications" by Lorraine
Welsh, who would soon become the Journal's Editor. Articles on various aspects
of predictive technique were by J. Lee Lehman, PhD, Gayle Garrison, Hans-Hinrich
Taeger, Buryl Payne, PhD, Bill Meridian, Suitbert Ertel, Eve de alberich, Andre
Barbault, Jamie Binder, Greg Bogart, Diana Rosenberg, Robert Zoller and Ken
