Downloads may work (slowly) on a dial-up connection, but the responsibility is yours.
When you purchase a digital download, you will receive an email receipt, shortly after your order with, downloading instructions. You will have 7 days during which you can download it through your web browser. After that time, the download link will not work, so please download the file as soon after you purchase as possible. IMPORTANT! If you do not receive the email with the download links, look in your "spam" or "junk" folders. If you do not see it in either of these places,
for help in obtaining your links. TO AVOID DELAY, BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON YOUR INVOICE.
Lectures and keynotes come as a single mp3 file, but a workshop may come in the form of a compressed "zip" file with multiple mp3s inside. Please ascertain whether your computer can handle zip files and can play mp3 files BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AND DOWNLOAD.
Disclaimer: Purchases of MP3 files of NCGR lectures are non-refundable. If you have problems downloading a file, we will work with you to correct the problem, but please try the download a few times before notifying us.
